DETAILS :
A family of 5 members (3 people on a permanent basis, 2 people come from time to time) is looking for a House manager/Butler.
REQUIREMENTS :
From 40 years old, EU or RU passport. Work experience, references. Knowledge of Italian at a good level, some knowledge of Russian (ideally a good level of Russian), knowledge of French will be an advantage. The candidate is to be be active, responsible, punctual, clean, able to keep subordination, calm, cheerful.
DUTIES :
Organization of round-the-clock support for the activities of the owners. Organization of a system for accounting, storage and reporting of the movement of material resources and values at home. Ensuring and monitoring the work of household staff. Monitoring the operation of engineering systems and equipment. Signing the necessary contracts with contractors and control of their implementation. Organization and holding of events. Maintenance of the territory. Orders and purchases (products, office equipment, household chemicals, etc.). Running errands of the employer. Translation (if necessary) for guests of the owners of the house during meetings and events. Tax payment. Car control. Preparing the house for the arrival of the employer. Preparing to welcome guests. Tracking the condition and filling of the wine cellar.
